How to prepare

How to prepare

  • Make cracks in the fish with a sharp knife.
  • Season the fish inside and outside with a light scrub, put it on the herbs in the tray, and put lemon slices around it.

  • Spread a little lemon juice and olive oil on the fish, then serve hot.
